San Diego Zoo

I had a couple days of personal leave in May, and we decided to make a vacation of it. Best thing I've ever done...well maybe not the best (I can think of a few other choices that top it, like getting married to Mitch), but it was an awesome decision, because we went to the San Diego Zoo--it's the best zoo I've ever seen! We learned that hippos only poke their noses out of the water, because their heads weigh more than a ton. We saw the new baby panda bear rolling around in ice & dirt. This is the panda's mom. Jodi came along with us, because she was our babysitter & we needed help with Tyson on the terribly long car ride. She was a life saver, and plus she was super fun to have with us in Cali.
